Is there a monthly fee?
No, once the site is made, it will be on the internet indefinitely.
However, if you do require site maintenance, (which includes 24 hour HTML updates), that price is only $40 per request or ongoing maintenance can be secured at $125 per month (includes 3 hours of updates) - min 2 months commitment required.
Turn around time on website design projects depends on client workload at the time, but is usually within a couple of weeks depending on your web site requirements.
